Last week, in response to my request for assistance due to a leak in my new roof, Isaac initially stopped by on Tuesday to assess the situation. He told me he would be back on Thursday morning to fix the leak. As promised, he was here very shortly after 8:00. He in fact got on the roof at the spot where we both thought the trouble might be. He did his magic and left. Today, we had a slight shower followed by a moderate one. I think the moderate shower was a good test (but I reserve my right to update the assessment if we get a torrential storm). Based on this initial test, it appears that Isaac's effort was successful. I am pleased! Isaac came, made his assessment, returned when promised and completed the task! That is "five star" customer service! I don't get that very often. Davis Roofing should be very proud of Isaac.
